What can i say, we all like music. Young and old we all like music in different genres and styles. For me music is like filling in the gap of my life, everyday I`m walking the streets my head is humming a themesong for me. Somehow music is becoming very essential for humanlife.
Now lets see the progress, in the old days it was people doing live shows, then comes the vinyl (witch i think was the very best) and cassettes, and as time goes on Cd`s and now mp3`s. Technology goes very fast if you ask me. From 16 inches of round black disc that have 2 sides to 2.5x0.5inch flash drive that can store thousands of music.
Better technology doesnt mean better quality. sounds of music seems more clearer in the old days with that big huge tube amp.
Mp3`s are much much easier to use, with mp3you can store it to a flash drive or your computer and you can have hundred`s of hours play, easy. And the more convenient is you dont have to go out to the store to buy it! The music can be played anywhere, with ipods and other mp3 players like i said above you can play a theme song`s for your life while walking on the street.
But Lets look at CD`s well just look at the bit rate standard cd`s have 1,411 kbps bit rate vs the standard mp3`s that have 320 kbps, more bit rate means much more sounds comes out, you get the picture? For a music oriented guy I like to go the extra mile just to have my Cd`s. as a bonus my Cd`s collection makes a good decoration in my room.
Well both have their own cake to offer. Both a great source of music in their own way. The mp3s traveling capabilities and the Cd`s sound quality. In the end its all about the music anyway.
Cheers
